Following a company acquisition in December, PilotFish Advisory were contracted by the new Imagine Broadband Executive team to lead an end-to-end office relocation — from site search to move-in — with a firm March 31st deadline. But this wasn’t just about moving desks. It was about creating a fresh workspace that reflected a new chapter: energising employees, resetting the culture, and reducing operational costs — all on a budget that was 25% of the industry average.
The brief:
-Source and secure a new location with great transport, local amenities and strong cultural fit
-Lead the contractual process and management of CAT A & B fit-out
-Programme manage relocation logistics with all partners
-Internal teams at capacity with recent acquisition— full programme outsourcing required with a tight timeline and budget.
